Certain products related to EPI, disinfectants and Corona Virus can not be returned or refunded by our terms and conditions of service. Due to high demand, these orders can not be cancelled with suppliers. The acceptance and approval shall be subject to returns. If an item you have received is not your requested, damaged or incomplete item (lacking parts) or defective because of manufacturing defects, inform you that it must be repaired, repaired or reimbursed, by phone , fax or e-mail within 7 days. If after 7 days you notify us, we will approve the return but a 25% restocking fee will be applicable to you. If you wish to return an item as it no longer needs to be or needed, we will issue a return product permit and will reimburse you within 7 days subject to our approval, minus 25% restocking fee. Shipping charges shall not be reimbursed.
Incorrect product(s) will also be approved for return 14 days from the date of delivery if we make errors that result in the shipment. Products shall be returned in their original packaging and to the state in which they have arrived. Prior to return, a Return Merchant Authorization code must be obtained during the above-mentioned return duration. All returns which are not faulty or errors in operation would be subject to a 25% repair fee.
Please note that if you notice an error before you receive an item purchased or you conclude on receipt that an item ordered is wrong, or if you did not find what you were looking for, please contact us straight away. Do not hesitate to send a defective item to the door or change your mind before first contacting us to arrange a safe return Outlines of the product. When an order you legitimately put is denied at the time of delivery, you will have to pay the entire shipping cost and return the product plus a recovery charge of 25 percent.
Many products can not be returned. Custom made products, products which require cooling in shipping, product which can be infectious and/or contagious exposed to blood and/or other body fluids. If you have any concerns about particular items, please contact us. When opened or used, such items can not be returned. Any products that may be contagious or potentially infectious after use can not be returned. For instance, articulated products such as wound treatment, skin products, incontinent braces and subpads, needles, surgical blades, gloves, cannulas, stethoscopes, thermometers and other related objects.
